A festive gala show or a conference, exhibitions or presentations, symposiums, vocational trainings for employees, seminars, workshops, lectures, concerts or a party at a fascinating and unique historical site – in any case an event your guests will remember … All year long, Museum und Park Kalkriese offers the right rooms, suitable options as well as the ambience for each occasion. The special mix of historical events, modern architecture, presentations in a museum’s setting, a classy interior, a quiet work atmosphere, outstanding hospitality and additional offers set in a charming landscape makes every event a special experience. The museum building, its restaurant and the visitor center provide room for events during the whole year, i.e. also outside the regular opening hours. Moreover, the visitor center’s top floor features multifunctional rooms covering 460 square meters during the exhibition-free time. Up to seven different room layouts for parties, meetings or conferences with 10 to 400 participants can fulfill almost every event manager’s wishes.
The sophisticated interior decoration harmonically merges the rooms with the surrounding landscape. Large windows allow a panoramic view of the lush adjacent forests. The combination of choice materials – hardwood floors made of dark bog oak, the use of glass and contrasting colors of the separating walls – sets classy accents while creating a comfortable atmosphere.
State of the art conference technology is available in all rooms. Windows can be darkened according to your wishes. Internet access is available – with a few clicks, you are connected to the world. Of course, a catering service is also included in our portfolio, as well as a full service for your event, guided tours or special adventures following the tracks of history. Special wishes will gladly be accommodated.
